Lunch: Turkey on 100g crusty white roll with tomatoes=340 calories
Snack: 1 finger of Twirl=115 calories 1 pear=40 calories
Dinner: 1/2 Pizza Express Pepperoni pizza=517 calories
Total calorie intake = 1,182 calories
I found a website which said to consume 3,500 less calories a week (which would work out about 1,700 calories) if you want to lose weight. I plan on consuming up to 1,5oo a day and see how that works out.
Today didn't quite work out as planned. I slept really late which threw my meal times off a little but I still managed to stay under 1,500 calories. Had a lazy day watching extras and browsing the net but I didn't snack too much which was better than most days! Fingers crossed I can keep that up.
Hopefully I will manage to get to sleep at a reasonable time tonight so I can get up with S tomorrow and make us both a smoothie for breakfast. Tomorrow night is also our gym night will try and motivate myself to stay there for at least an hour! We are quite lucky because we have a free gym in our compound. Its not got state of the art equipment or anything but I mainly use the treadmill and the bike which both seem to work fine. Will probably spend the day looking for motivational music to put on my I-pod to keep myself going at the gym!
